The location of the hotel couldn't be better, as it is right next to the impressive royal palace. You can easily explore the palace and its beautiful gardens, which are just a stone's throw away. the hotel is conveniently located near the center of Lisbon, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout your stay. The breakfast is superb, with a wide variety of choices and attentive staff. the hotel offers a great experience with its convenient location and comfortable facilities.
One minor drawback is that some of the facilities in the hotel may be slightly worn out or in need of repair. However, this does not greatly affect the overall experience and comfort provided by the hotel.

The staff were helpful in reception and breakfast room, providing assistance with health concerns. The location is near Lisbon airport, offering a quiet and restful stay. The posada allows for early or late tours of the palace. The restaurant served delicious Portuguese food in an authentic atmosphere.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, right in front of the magnificent palace. We felt like royalty staying in this historic building that used to be the servants' quarters for the palace. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, truly embodying the warm Portuguese sense of hospitality. The room we had was spacious and tastefully decorated, providing us with enhanced comfort and relaxation.
